Bungalow "Kluut" is located on the outer edge of the small bungalow park "Prins Hendrik". Sandwiched between the most beautiful bird areas of Texel and the ‘Wadden’ Sea, you can fully enjoy the rural location of the holiday home. Beautiful view over the farmlands with bird sounds and the smell of the ‘Wadden’ Sea. In the winter of 2019/2020, the house has been completely renovated into a beautiful spacious "holiday villa" with a cosy wood stove, three bedrooms and two bathrooms for 6 people. This place is an absolute must for a wonderful holiday together, with friends or with the family!

In the living room there is a large flat screen (43 inch) HD TV including free Netflix, a Sonos system, a Sony audio box including charger for Apple phone, Wifi and a wood stove;

Luxury fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven/microwave, refrigerator with freezer, stove, various handy kitchen appliances such as a mixer, hand blender, toaster, electric kettle and the choice of a Nespresso or filter coffee machine;
Bedrooms1st bedroom with 2 beds on the first floor has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer and trendy washbasin furniture. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor, each with 2 beds, are very spacious;

Surroundings
Bird lovers end up in paradise here. The polder is located near the Wadden Sea and along the dike are several special nature reserves that form an important breeding and foraging place for countless birds. The nearest village is the characteristic Oosterend. Many people find this the most beautiful village on Texel because of the picturesque streets and alleys with beautiful, old facades.
There is a lot to do on Texel. Walking, cycling, shopping, museum visit, good food and drink in various locations. What about a parachute jump, cuddling lambs, a round on the golf course or tasting delicious Texel beers at the Texel Brewery…. you will never be bored on Texel!
